Hi,
You can now use pages as footer :) Please create a page and set it as your footer in Enfold theme options > Footer.
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Home menu item was added as a custom menu. I simply went to Apperance > Menus and retyped “home” in all caps. Please review your website
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Please go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and edit “Menu Links in overlay/slide out” and adjust background color as needed.
Cheers!
YigitHey vegaspro,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
CSS Snippet:
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .phone-info a { display: none; }}Best regards,
YigitHey npcf,
Please try following
- Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
- Go to Settings > Media
- Change the
entry_with_sidebarimage size (increase its width / height). - Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.
Best regards,
YigitHi Xioros,
Thanks for your feedback and request. I will forward it to Kriesi and our dev team :)

YigitHi,
Please edit your page with no breadcrumb and click “Screen options” on the top right corner and check “Custom Fields” and then scroll down and check if “header” is set to “no” – https://i.imgur.com/AtqncTW.png. If it is, please change it to “yes” and update your page.
If that does not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)
Best regards,
YigitHi,
You are welcome! :)
For your information, you can take a look at Enfold documentation here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/

YigitHi,
I installed the theme and child theme via FTP however login credentials did not work. Could you please check them once again?
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Yes, there are Enfold users using Polylang however please note you may need to make some adjustments.
Best regards,
YigitHey Lisa,
Thanks for contacting us!
Yes, the theme is Enfold however previous developers has changed themes name through parent theme. We would have recommended using a child theme instead – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#why-child-theme
Since they changed themes name, we would recommend you to go to Enfold theme options > Import & Export tab and export your current theme options, then update the theme and after that you can import your current theme options in the same tab.
Since theme is modified, we cannot really tell which version your client is using however since currently there are not such issues, updating the theme should fix the issue – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp
In case it does not, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum so we can look into it :)

Yes, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-custom-js-or-php-script/#add-a-script-to-head-section
Best regards,
YigitHey,
That is because of format-detection meta tag – http://www.html-5.com/metatags/format-detection-meta-tag.html
Please try adding following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor
function avia_turn_off_detection(){ echo '<meta name="format-detection" content="telephone=no">'; } add_action('wp_head', 'avia_turn_off_detection');Best regards,
YigitHey,
Correct. Have you noted the changes you made on avia.js or header.php file? We would recommend copying fresh copies of these files and re-applying your modifications since both files were updated in latest Enfold updates.
Cheers!
YigitHey,
You are welcome! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues.

YigitHi,
That should be achievable with some customization. You could try adding your content as widget to your header – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
Cheers!
YigitHi,
Moving header.php file to your child theme should not be necessary. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-custom-js-or-php-script/#add-a-script-to-head-section and add your tags using functions.php file of your child theme.

Please make sure you created a menu in Appearance > Menus and set it as your Enfold main menu – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/ :)

YigitHi Corina,
I checked the website on Firefox however images load fine for and i cannot find any connection errors for images.
Could you please ask your client to disable all browser add-ons and also try loading the site on private window to see if that makes a difference?Best regards,

It did not work for me. Do you, by any chance, have cPanel logins? We basically need to have access to files on your server.
