Yes, you can upload your custom fonts in Enfold theme options > Import & Export tab and use them throughout your website.
You can also create a very similar looking layout out of the box and of course the same exact look with some customizations :)

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.

The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

Yes, you can use every element you see on Enfold demos – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ on Church demo as well. You can import Church demo in Enfold theme options > Demo Import with a single click and then replace the content and images with your own :)

We recommend our users to create a staging site (additional license is not necessary) and update their themes there firstly to check if update causes any issues regarding their customizations. You can use a child theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/ and apply your modifications on your child theme. You can import parent theme settings into your child theme with a single click in Enfold child theme options > Import & export tab.

We release updates to fix existing issues and improve the theme and we recommend all users to keep their themes updated which also make sure theme is compatible with the latest WP version.

That being said, Enfold 3.5 is a very old version and unfortunately we cannot help you solve the issues on such old version of the theme. If you let us know the files you have modified, we can gladly point out how to move those files to your child theme :)

In that case, you can refer to posts Rikard shared above after purchasing a license.

We would recommend you to duplicate your existing site on a testing site and update the theme there. You may need to reconfigure header options and widgets.

You may need to reconfigure your header settings and widgets but your content would not be changed. We would recommend you to create a testing site and update the theme there firstly to be on the safe side.

Which version of the theme are you currently using? If older than 4.5, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/ and update the theme manually. Older versions need to be updated manually due to changes in Envato API.
