It sounds like a security solution on your server/website might be falsely flagging LayerSlider as harmful. If you’re using a security plugin such as WordFence, please try putting it into the learning mode. If you’re not using a security plugin, please contact your hosting provider and let them know about the issue so they can check the logs.

You’re currently using an older version of Enfold ( 5.6.5 ). We updated the Twitter icon to the new X icon in version 5.6.7.
Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 5.6.10. After that, please clear any server-side, plugin-based, and browser caches.

If you’d like to change the font weight to 900 on all H2-tagged elements, you can go to the Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling, edit the H2 tag, and change the Font Weight to 900 ( https://i.imgur.com/eMhaOYS.png ).
If you want to change it for the Modern Style of the Special Heading element, you can add the following code to the bottom of the Quick CSS field in the Enfold theme options > General Styling:
.av-thin-font .av-special-heading-tag, .modern-quote .av-special-heading-tag { font-weight: 900; }Please make sure to clear any server-side, plugin-based, and browser caches after that.

Transferring licenses between accounts is not possible. You can read more about this on https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/24455030832025-Can-I-transfer-a-license-to-other-Envato-account.
Unfortunately, you’re going to need to create an Envato account and purchase a new Enfold license ( https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 ). 6 months of support is included when you purchase a license.

I checked your website on Chrome and both icons show up fine on my end. Please see the screenshot in the private content field. That definitely sounds like a caching issue.

Great! Yes, both fixes will be included in the next update.
Regarding the favicon issue, please create a staging copy of your site, and deactivate all active plugins and check if that fixes the issue. Since you experience this issue from time to time, it sounds more like a plugin or caching issue.

I tried to install the Code Snippets ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/ ) plugin to manually enable the debugging mode but I received the “Missing the temporary folder” error. It looks like the issue is related to your server and this is why you cannot upload media files.
Please try adding the following to the wp-config.php file via FTP and create a writable folder called /temp/ inside the /wp-content/ folder and check if that fixes the media upload issue:
define('WP_TEMP_DIR', dirname(__FILE__) . '/wp-content/temp/');Did you recently changed your PHP version? If you did, does switching it back to that version fix the issue?
Please also send us the FTP logins so we can enable the debugging mode via FTP.

This looks like a compatibility issue. Which version of Enfold and PHP are you using? If you are not using Enfold 5.6.9, please update Enfold to the latest version via FTP ( https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ ).
