Yes, i tested it on a random page. Issue seems to be the block editor and simply switching to classic editor solves it.

Hey,

You can simply set your websites language to German in Settings > General and German strings will be used on Enfold. We have recently included 100% translated German language files but since new strings are added in updates, there might be some missing strings and you can translate them using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
