Hi,
@mario103 glad you figured it out and thanks for sharing your solution! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues :)
@mrlivethedream, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.5.7 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. Then you can disable Block editor in Enfold theme options. If you have any issues, please reply to your own thread and we will help you there :)Cheers!
YigitHi Maria,
Thanks for contacting us!
I know you have already figured it out but i will answer anyway :)
Yes, it is a one time fee and includes 6 months of support. You will be receiving updates for free and extending support is optional. If you will not need to get support forum us regarding Enfold, you do not need to extend it :)
Best regards,
YigitHi Maria,
Thanks for contacting us!
Basically each domain requires a new license. You can use the same license on your staging and live server, you can also create the website on your server and then move it to your clients server. If you would need to use Enfold on another clients website, then you would need additional license :)
I hope that helps! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again :)
Regards,
YigitHey,
Please go to Enfold theme options and in “Select Your Editor” choose “WP Classic editor” :)

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
CSS Snippet:
#top .alternate_color.title_container .main-title a { color: black; }Best regards,
YigitHi,
Yes, you will receive updates for free. You can generate a personal token using your Envato/ThemeForest account (instructions can be found here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ ) and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive updates and update the theme from WordPress dashboard with single click :)
Let us know if you have any other questions!

That is correct @guenni007 and congratulations on your 5000th post! You have been great help to us and to fellow Enfold users for years. Thank you :)
Cheers!
YigitHi,
Thanks for contacting us!
We do not provide such services however there is an Enfold community group on Facebook with many experienced Enfold users who might be interested. I shared thread there – https://www.facebook.com/groups/831993733606862/
Since your email is address is only visible to logged in users, only registered users will be able to see your email :)Best regards,
YigitHey,
I checked your website on Safari version 12.0. I loaded your homepage then navigated to About page and left it open for about 6 minutes and then navigated back to your homepage and kept it open for 5 minutes but headline rotator worked fine on my end. I tried opening About page in a new tab but that did not make any difference.
We have not made any changes on headline rotator element for a while now therefore i think some changes in Safari might have caused the issue but since we cannot reproduce while you can, we might be using different versions of Safari. Could you please open Safari, click Safari > About Safari and check exact version of Safari you are using?
Cheers!
YigitHi Troy,
Thanks for contacting us and for sharing your feedback.
I will share your request with our devs however we cannot promise that we will be adding such feature. If this is urgent for you, i found these plugins which may work – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cashtippr-bitcoin-cash-moneybutton-payments/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-money-button/ :)

YigitHey Larch,

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and a Personal Token. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.
Best regards,
YigitHi,

If you have created your blog page using Advanced Layout Builder, please make sure to go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout and choose to use Advanced Layout Builder.
If that does not help, could you please elaborate on the issue you are having?

Your website does not load on my end at the moment. Could you please check with your hosting provider and let us know when it is working?
Best regards,

You are welcome! We will keep the thread open and wait to hear from you :)

YigitHi,
It seems like you modified js/shortcodes.js file in your child theme. What were the changes you made? It would be better to update the file and apply modifications again as error displayed in console is in shortcodes.js file.
Best regards,
YigitJune 18, 2019 at 1:43 pm in reply to: how can I check the version number of the downloaded zip file #1111297Hi,

YigitHi,
I added this code to layerslider.php file – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mystery-update-needed/#post-896251 to hide the notification. It shows up when LayerSlider has an update. We test the latest version of LayerSlider when available and include it in Enfold in updates. Currently hidden but if it shows up, you can simply ignore the notification.
Regards,
YigitHi,
If you are adding modifications to functions.php and style.css files, you can add your codes to bottom of the file. If you are modifying files such as header.php, then it would be the best to check files differences using https://www.diffchecker.com/ as Rikard suggested and then add your modification to updated file in the same location, for example above or below Body tag.
If we are still not on the same page, please elaborate :)
Regards,
YigitHey,
I see modified source code. It is probably related to a plugin you are using. Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Cheers!
