Thanks for the info. I found out that code was not working when Enfold theme options > Performance > “Load jQuery in your footer” enabled. I disabled it and it works :)

I am getting “Scrape nonce check failed. Please try again.” error and cannot update Functions.php file. Could you please add the code via FTP and then let us know so we can check? If you do not mind sharing FTP logins, we can add the code to functions.php file as well.

@lucindaholland some of the assets are returning 404 on your website. I believe the issue you are having is not related to theme update but please start a new thread so we can share beta version with you and if that does not help, look into the issue :)Regards,

We have already released new version of Enfold – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/
If you have not already, please generate a Personal Token – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options > Theme Update to receive auto updates.
You can also refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and manually update the theme :)

That is actually expected behaviour if you chose “User must accept and must opt in, only essential cookies selected”. Until cookies are accepted, no cookies are stored, including WooCommerce cookies for cart.
That being said, some users said that “essential cookies can be stored without user consent” so we added a new option “Accept essential cookies on pageload, user must opt in for other cookies” which will be available in upcoming version :)

That should not happen on clean installations so i was thinking maybe it is an issue related to your database because it is weird that only you have that issue on your installations while other users do not.

By license key do you mean purchase code? If so, please see:
Or do you mean API key to update the theme? And if so, Envato has replaced API keys with Personal Tokens and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5. If you are using an Enfold version older than 4.5, you are going to need to manually update the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp.
Then you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token to generate Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates.If neither, please elaborate :)

Do you have access to that ThemeForest account (attached in private content field below) or are you in touch with the person who does? If you have, you can simply go to – https://themeforest.net/downloads and download the latest version of the theme and update via FTP. To generate a Personal Token, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token

Have you tried deleting cache files via FTP?

Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable compressing CSS and JS files then go to Enfold theme options > Privacy and Cookies > Cookie Handling and choose “top” for Message Bar Position, save, choose “bottom” and save again. That should help. After that you can go to Enfold theme options > Performance and enable compressing files. If it does not help, please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.
Are you creating your websites on clean installations or migrating an existing site and then start working on it? Because as far as i remember, you had this same exact issue on your other website.
