Please try replacing the file with this one – https://pastebin.com/G4hdLnAP. This should basically echo billing adress with “shipping address” title.

If that too does not help, please consider to hire a freelance developer for the task. As i mentioned, this is expected behaviour when you choose “Force shipping to the customer billing address” option.

That being said, i attached the latest available version of Sentence theme. I hope it works!

You might need to re-create your portfolio items as Enfold is using a different layout builder but using Enfold’s drag and drop Advanced Layout Builder, you could easily update your portfolio items :)

Unfortunately, we cannot share our customizations with you as Kriesi said he would like to keep our site unique :)

It seems like there is following code in mentioned pages

}

while on homepage it is

#header .twelve.units {
    width: 1039px;
}

I believe this is related to one of the plugins you are using but we would need to inspect WP dashboard to find out what exactly is causing this issue. Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it?
