Hi,

@enzowillemstad please update WordPress to the latest version as well and go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable CSS and JS file merging, save, flush cache, enable and save once again.
If that does not help, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it.

Hey Alex :)

You can simply add new Custom Links in Appearance > Menus and use HTML in Navigation label field to display your images in your menu :)

You should replace icon code “ue800” here – https://imgur.com/LHe8MZ8. You can simply add Icon element to your page and hover on the icon you would like to use and find out its icon code – https://imgur.com/a/2HrCEGI :)

If you wanted to add Trip Advisor icon (https://imgur.com/a/2HrCEGI), your code would look like following

Hi,

I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled CSS file merging and that helped. It should work when it is enabled as well but i believe cache is not flushing properly. There is no CSS error at the moment therefore there should not be any issues as well, if there is it is cache related :)

Looking at the list of modified files, I do not think there would be any issues but of course that depends on the modifications as well. We can provide you 3.6.1 so you can compare files but as i mentioned, i do not think there will be any issues.

In case they purchased the theme for you, maybe you could request a copy of the license and contact Envato support and ask if it would be possible to transfer purchase from their account to yours. I am not sure if that would be possible but worth trying in case you are in touch with your old developer. If not, you can simply purchase a license and download the latest version of the theme from – https://themeforest.net/downloads and update the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and then refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive future updates :)

Hi,

It is not a background color when you hover on images, opacity drops to 0.5 from 1.
You can go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and edit “Linked Image Overlay” to display image overlay.

If you would like us to make the changes for you, please post temporary admin logins here privately and let us know which color you would like to use :)

Enfold version you are currently using is not compatible with your PHP version and updating the theme to the latest version 4.7.2 would make it compatible.

Which files have you modified on your child theme? Depending on the files, you might need to update them as well since you are using a very old version. Please create a testing environment and try updating the theme there to be on the safe side. If you notice any issues, you can contact us and we can help you fix them :)

Hi,

I deleted the theme and re-uploaded it via FTP and fixed it.

I believe the issue was related to your FTP client. Files were transferred using ASCII and not Binary.
