Though, I must admit that to me it seems like issues are caused by customizations and fixing those are actually out of the scope of our support. Mike went above and beyond but if it gets more complicated, he might ask you to hire a freelancer to solve customization related issues.

I have added the icon in your footer widget area using icon shortcode. Could you please review your website once again? You can go to Enfold theme options > Footer and disable social icon in footer socket area :)

Hi,

Have you checked your websites caching while it is in maintenance mode? Enfold is only adding no-cache headers when response from the server is 404 or 503. If you have checked your website while in maintenance mode (503), that is actually expected.

Hi,

The problem you have is server related. It seems that your server is caching WP database options and returning that cache instead of the last updated values.
As we save the generated filenames in WP database options Enfold gets the wrong info that the merged files do not exist and therefore creates new ones on every pageload.

Have you tried adding following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor?
```
function my_custom_merged_files_unique_id( $uniqid, $file_type, $data, $enqueued, $file_group_name, $conditions )
{
return 'my_stamp';
}
add_filter( 'avf_merged_files_unique_id', 'my_custom_merged_files_unique_id', 10, 6 );
```
If not, please do so and then go to Enfold theme options > Performance and enable “Delete old CSS and JS files?” at the bottom and save.

This would replace timestamp with “my_stamp” and therefore new files will not be generated.

Your screenshot link is redirecting me to your page so I could not see it but please edit your page and then edit your element at the bottom of the page and give it a custom CSS class in Advanced > Developer Settings tab and then add following code to Quick CSS
```
.your-custom-class a.more-link { color: orange !important; }
```

I went to Enfold theme options > Social Profiles and added your Facebook link and then went to Enfold theme options > Footer tab and enabled social icons in footer socket area.

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Could you please update Enfold to the latest version -https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/? I tested it on my test installation and it works correctly. Attached a screenshot in private content field.

In Backend tab of Contact Form, you can see default email in “Your email address” description. So when From mail is not defined, your default mail or (Email address hidden if logged out) will be used. In case you would like from email to be something like (Email address hidden if logged out) , you can set it there.

No, actually what Rikard said will surely help in your case. You are using a very old version of Enfold, which is not compatible with your WordPress and PHP versions. Updating the theme will bring up the compatibility.

Due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we are not able to sell/distribute the theme directly, therefore we are unable to provide you a copy.

Have you tried using either one of the following plugins?
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
– https://wordpress.org/plugins/comet-cache/

Our devs said this is not Enfold related and I think so too, as we have not received such report before.

You have enabled file merging and compression in Enfold theme options > Performance. However it seems that your server is caching WP database options and returning that cache instead of the last updated values.

By adding the code, you are replacing timestamp with “my_stamp” which stops creation of new merged files on page load.

You can either keep the code in functions.php file of your child theme or disable file merging and compression in Enfold theme options > Performance and use a plugin such as Autoptimize instead.
