Hey,

I believe you have set Custom Error 404 Page in Enfold theme options. It’s the reroute that redirects 404 pages to your custom 404 page.

Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if backend loads faster?

@ezfl0w Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and make sure “Hide template builder developer options” is not disabled. I believe it is currently enabled so that field is hidden on your installation.

Hi Bruno,

I manually uploaded Oswald font and set it as font family for heading elements in Advanced Styling and set font weight to 400. You can also try setting it to 500. You have defined 900 as font weight in both sites however 900 font weight is not loaded.

You could try using second option “User must accept and can opt out, all selected by default”. We would still recommend you to keep “Cookie settings” button so in case your users would like to opt-out, they can simply do so in cookie settings :)

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold (3.3.2) which is not compatible with your PHP and WordPress versions. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.4 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and the problem should be solved.

You can simply login on ThemeForest with the account you used to purchase the theme and go to downloads page to download the latest version of the theme and update via FTP.
