June 8, 2018 at 12:03 am in reply to: Display multiple Enfold Advertising Area Widgets in a row? #969864
Hi,
That looks great!
I have updated the code int he documentation please replace the CSS and you should see 2 columns on mobile. Please feel free to change the value of flex-basis to increase or decrease the width of the column along with margin values. If the total width of margin + flex-basis is less than 50% it will be 2 columns, for 3 columns it should be less than 33% and so on.
Hope you are enjoying building the website with Enfold :)
Best regards,

Thank you for removing the CSS hack and getting back to us. After reviewing the layout again it is possible to create this using enfold element without any hacks :)
1. First, create a new page and call it “footer”.
2. Create the 6 columns as mentioned here https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/columns/#six-columns-or-more
3. Go to Enfold > Footer > Default Footer & Socket Settings > Page based footer > and select the “footer” page we created.Hope this helps :)

VinayHi,
Thank you for writing to us.
I checked your site and uploaded the font from Import / Export tab and it works fine.
It also shows in the font list
However, there seem to be an issue accessing Engold > General Styling > Fonts tab.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,

VinayJune 7, 2018 at 12:05 pm in reply to: Quick CSS new rules don't work when CSS performance settings are enabled #968697Hey dimitrilpc,
That is correct, you may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared. However, caching is important for a website performance. So whenever you make any CSS or JS changes please disable the CSS and JS merging in the performance options. Once you are happy with the changes you can enable the caching and merging options :)
Did you try to check if the other issue is fixed when the merging is disabled? Please let us know in the other ticket as we do not want to mix up both the issues.

VinayHey MrJoscha,
I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. It is not a theme related issue and there is no easy way to modify the way web browsers work. The URL and #ID of the anchor will be displayed by the browser.
However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
VinayHey smarta-brett,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. The page has a separate password Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
You can also export the theme settings please check the documentation https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#importexport-theme-settings
Let us know exactly what you are trying to achieve so we can assist you better.
Best regards,
VinayHey Tim,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

VinayHi,
