Please deactivate all plugins and try to update from the theme options > update options.

If that does not work please update the theme using an FTP client and register using a personal token. This should fix the issue in the future.

The easiest way to do this would be to use an image and place it in a column next to the progress bar.

Unfortunately, to code this, would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

I checked your site and found a lot of js errors in console. A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:

1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

If you still have an issue please post the admin credentials so we can take a closer look at this issue.
