Hi,

As you mentioned earlier, You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:

1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

I cannot open your site as it is infected.

Please contact your host to remove the infection. Install and run a antivirus plugin on your site. Once it’s clear we will be able to help you better.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the details.

I checked your site and yes you can create a membership site with links available only to registered users. But for this feature you will need to use a third party plugin which supports this feature. The good news is there are 100s of free plugins available for WordPress to do this job :)

Please perform the below steps:

1. Enable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. Install a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache or any other of your choice.
3. Use a page speed tool like pingdom which will let you know exactly what element is taking how much time to load and improvise the site.

Hi,

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Please create a button element enable custom CSS class name support from Enfold > Layout Builder > Developer Options

Add a custom CSS class name “btn-stick” to the button.

Ad lastly add this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

Updating the theme will not overwrite your previous data. All your site content is saved inside the database. By updating the theme you are only going to replace the theme files on the server.

However, we recommend backing up your site just to be on the safer side.

I have checked your site and the video in the background works the way it is intended to.
There is no easy way to make the video background work the way you are trying to describe I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Please create an alternate menu from Dashboard > Appearance > Menu and set the menu item as an alternate menu from the Enfold options > Main menu > General > Alternate Menu for Mobile
