Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why it’s not working unfortunately, we would have to investigate that further. The first step would be to submit a feature request though, and once or if we find the time to check this problem, then we could provide you with further answers.

Thanks for the login details. We haven’t been able to reproduce any of the fatal errors in the theme, does the same thing happen if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and activate the parent theme?

No there is nothing like that in Enfold unfortunately, did you check if there’s such a thing in different SEO plugins maybe?

We don’t control what Google indexes and not, maybe you could do a seach for the problem online? There might be some structured data that you can add.

First of all, please update the theme to the latest version (6.0.3): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.
Then make sure that you have a Google Maps API key added in the theme: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/

If you are using a transparent header, then you will have to change the logo under Enfold->Theme options->Transparency Options as well.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly what text you are referring to? If you want to edit the line height for the paragraph element for example, then you can do so under Enfold->Advanced Styling.

You can submit a feature request here, but there’s no guarantee that it will make it into the theme.
You can try using the shortcodes in Code Block element, it might work better there. The reason why it won’t work in the Layout Builder is because only theme shortcodes will be processed.

That is default WordPress functionality, it might be turned off by your hosting provider. Please try reaching out to them, or add the code using FTP instead.

You can add your custom post types under Enfold->Layout Builder.
Saved templates will show up under the elements block in the Layout Builder, on the right hand side.

Are you using the Siteground optimiser plugin? If so, then please try to turn off file compression in the theme under Enfold->Performance.

The update to 6.0.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
