Do you have lazy loading enabled in the theme under Enfold->Performance, or via a plugin? If so, then please try to deactivate that to see what happens then.

Thanks for that. The space in question is created because the content on the right is pushing the end of the section down. If you want more content next to the the 1/3, then add that content in the 2/3 element above it instead.

Great, I’m glad that that you found a solution. Note that a page can only have a single element with a specific ID, assigning the same ID to more than one element does not work.
