Hey Mike,

Could you post login details in private so that we can try to login to your site? If that is not possible at all then please try to rename the plugin folder, in order to deactivate all plugins. Also make sure that the PHP version on your server is 7.2 or higher.

Hi Marco,

The CSS which Victoria pointed out is still applying on your site. Please make sure that it’s removed, then activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance. Also make sure that all cache is cleared before checking the results.

Hi,

Background on mobile; I can’t see any problems on my end, please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window on your phone.

About the background image: you have have to set it to repeat in the theme options, otherwise it will only show once in the middle, like it is now.

Hi Jeff,

I don’t think there is any solution for that unfortunately. The gallery needs jQuery to function properly, and if the plugin is delaying the loading of that until after it’s needed by the gallery, then the gallery will not work as it should.
