Hi,
Thanks for the update. Where exactly are you looking to add the link in your footer? You should be able to hide it using CSS, for all pages which are not the home page.
Best regards,
RikardHey Filipe,
Thanks reaching out to us and for using Enfold. I’m not sure I understand what you think will come to an end, could you try to explain a bit further please?
Enfold works fine with the default WordPress editor, so you shouldn’t have any problems with that.
We can’t give out individual discounts unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot. I edited your header height and set it to 300 pixels in the theme options and that worked as expected, please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi ripanti,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS instead:
#av-burger-menu-ul li.menu-item-764 { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi Conny,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working again, and thanks for the update. The option to select editor in the theme options came after Gutenberg was introduced into WordPress.
Best regards,
RikardHi Carsten,
Please try this URL format instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qh0zr_w5Ts. I changed it for you, and it’s working.
Best regards,

Great. I’m glad that you found the problem and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Theo,
I see that you have added styling inline in the content. I’m guessing that the hover state is correct, but you want to change the styling in the normal state? It would likely be better if you removed the inline styling and added classes instead.

Could you share example code which is not working please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
I checked your site in both Chrome mobile simulation, and on an actual phone. I can’t see any difference between the two though, could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem, and how we can reproduce it please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see the problem happening on your actual site, but I can’t reproduce it using the same version on a local installation. Does the same thing happen if you activate the parent theme?

RikardNovember 28, 2020 at 4:58 am in reply to: custom widget > navigation menu reset over and over #1263641Hi,
Thanks for the update. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please include admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Hi Dada,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
Once you have purchased your license, then you can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi Flo,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution and thanks for sharing. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardNovember 28, 2020 at 4:41 am in reply to: PDF tracking in Google Analytics from button click #1263636Hi,
Thanks for the update. If you need to place code in the header, then it should work if you paste the script in the Google Analytics box in the theme options. If it doesn’t work there, then please use a function in your functions.php file instead:
function add_tag_manager_script(){ ?> Code in the header goes here <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'add_tag_manager_script');If you need to add code below the body tag, then please use this:
function add_script_below_body_tag(){ ?> Code below the body tag goes here <?php } add_action('ava_after_body_opening_tag', 'add_script_below_body_tag');Best regards,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Thanks for the login details and sorry for the late reply. I can’t see the problem on the page in private though, on which page are you having this problem?

RikardNovember 27, 2020 at 6:05 am in reply to: New Version? – No Change log in Download, Themeforest or Kriesi-Page? #1263456Hi Hokuspokus,
I’m not sure exactly what Envato sent out, but Enfold has not been updated since October 5: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/. It could be related to a promotional campaign as @guenni007 hinted at.
Best regards,
RikardHi crtdude,
Could you share the content of the email you received please? When we update the theme on Themeforest then they send out automated emails to users about that, any other emails coming from them is out of our control.
Best regards,
RikardHi Steve,
There is only one h1 on your home page right now, and that is the home link on the left hand side in the breadcrumbs container. If you want to send us screenshot then you can upload them to a service like Dropbox or Google Drive, then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHey FMIS,

RikardHi tribaleye13,
We have released several demos since 2017. If you are getting hung up on the demos not being named 2018, 2019 and so on, then that is lame.
Examples of demos released after 2017:

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you have an element called Repeatable Content, which is not a default element. Could you try to set the Disabling of template builder elements option to always load all element under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this in Quick CSS in order to adjust the position of the flags on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #text-7 { margin-top: -65px; margin-left: 100px; } }Best regards,

@media only screen and (max-width: 1150px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The problem might be caused by the special characters you are using in the text. Could you post admin login details in private and let us know where we can see the problem in question please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure why, but it looks like the whole layout builder window is missing as well. Could you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? If not then please try to completely delete the theme folder, then upload a fresh copy after that. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please make sure that you have backups of the site before attempting this.

I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain a bit further and let us know how we can reproduce the problem? We haven’t removed any functionality in the theme when it comes to custom sidebars.
