You will likely have to upload the theme manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install. If you need help with that then please include WordPress login details in private as well, and let us know if we are allowed to create an FTP account in your cPanel, and upload the theme for you. Also please include your purchase code in private, so that we know that you own a license.

Thanks for the video and clarification. I can’t reproduce those results on my end though, please see screenshot in private for what I see when going to Appearance->Customizer when you child theme is active. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps?

Thanks for that. I tried importing the theme, but the server is throwing a 503 error on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see why that is please? It might be that the max_execution_time value has to be increased, as the import usually takes at least a few minutes.

There is no front end editor in Enfold, no. Only the Layout Builder which you can find on the back end of your posts and pages. Which documentation are using or following?
