It would be useful to know if this problem happens with one of the default WordPress themes as well, could you temporarily activate for example Twentytwenty, and check if the same problem happens then? If it does then it’s theme specific. Also, did you reach out to WPML about this problem too?

Please try changing it to this instead:

There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. Customising something like that would likely take a long time, which would mean that it’s out of scope of theme support.

Thanks for that. The SG Optimizer plugin was creating problems on your site, it doesn’t work when file compression is active in the theme under Enfold->Performance. I turned that off for you, and your site is loading as it should now. Please review it.

Thanks for that. You have the option to build your layout in a page, then use that page as your custom footer under Enfold->Footer. Maybe you could try that out? If not then you will likely have to override footer.php in a child theme, and add you custom content that way.
