Could you try reaching out the person who actually bought the license, to see if they can give you access please? If you can’t get access, then I would recommend that you purchase a license of your own. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update, or need access to the theme files.
Once you have access the theme files then the update to 4.7.6.4 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for that, I see the same problem on my end. Could you post FTP login details in private as well please? It’s likely that the theme folder has the wrong permission settings on the server.

Sorry for the problem. We can’t provide you with those details unfortunately, since only the account which bought the actual license has access to them. Could you try reaching out to the agency to see if they can give you access maybe? If not then I would recommend that you purchase your own license, otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update the theme, or need access to the theme files.

Great, I’m glad that you got things working. This problem will be fixed in the next release of the theme, and you can delete the plugin in question once the new version is installed.

Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin option. This is a temporary solution until the next version of the theme is available.

Thanks for the update. You are getting a 403 error on the font file, that means that the server is blocking access to the file. Please see private for example of URL. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can tell you why the server is responding in that way please? We can have a look for you as well, if you include FTP and admin WordPress login details with your next reply.

Thanks for the update. If you don’t have, or can’t get access to a Themeforest account, then I think your only option is to purchase a new license unfortunately. If you don’t, then you will have this same problem every time you need to update the theme, or get access to the theme files.
I can’t really say anything about the problem you are having, unless we can have a look at your site. If you are not running the latest version of the theme though, then I would recommend that you try to update first of all.

Thanks for the update. You should not update your child theme, only the parent theme. I can’t say if you are going to run into any problems unfortunately, but if you are worried, then you can upload the new version to a separate folder using FTP. After it’s uploaded, then you can rename the old parent theme folder to enfold_old, for example, and the new one to simply enfold. Then the new version should be active, and you can check if there are any problems on your site.

Please note that we don’t have official support for PHP 8 yet, so if you should keep on having problems after the update, then please downgrade to 7.x.

Does your client have access to the theme files in a Themeforest account? If not then that is the first step you need to take. Either get login details for an existing account, or purchase a new license.

Thanks for the update. The mobile menu works on my end, but only after closing the popup which reads Zapisz się na newsletter i odbierz prezent !. Are you seeing the same behaviour?

It should be safe to update your theme, but I would recommend that you copy the site to a staging site and try to update there first, if you are worried. After that then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. You might have to update WordPress to the current version as well.
