Hi chrisguess,
I see error messages related to jQuery on the home page, but I’m not sure what is causing them unfortunately. I tried changing the jQuery version and disabled file compression in the theme, but that didn’t make any difference. Could you try disabling the SG Caching plugin to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Lory1508,
There is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, but I think you could use the Advanced Custom Fields plugin, or similar plugin, for that purpose.
Best regards,
RikardHi Stefan,
Thanks for the update. I’m having trouble logging in to your site though, please see error message in private. That comes up every time the site is trying to go to /wp-admin/. Are you seeing the same thing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are looking to change though, do you want to remove the blue indicator line under the active menu item?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I set the Testimonials to the large layout, and the arrows are showing now. Please review your site.

RikardJanuary 13, 2021 at 3:53 am in reply to: Icon box background color (not icon entire square) #1272006Hi mbesh,
I added this for you in Quick CSS:
.iconbox_content { background: yellow !important; }It’s applying to your site, please review it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ramon,
I believe that you have disabled it, so I don’t think it should be necessary with a screenshot. If you do want to share one though, then you can upload to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to it here. Just for clarity; your CSS is still being served via the CDN service, and I’m still seeing the commented CSS applying, so I removed it from your Quick CSS box. Let’s see if that changes anything. I’ll paste what I cut out in private, for reference.
If you could share FTP login details with us as well, the please do so. I would like to check the uploads folder where the theme CSS files are located.

Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?

Sorry for the problem. Please continue using the jQuery migrate helper plugin until the next version of the theme is available. It should be ready within a week or two.

Thanks for the update. I see that the plugin is still active, would it be ok if we deactivated it temporarily ourselves? It only needs to be inactive for a few minutes, while we check the results.
Best regards,
RikardHey Janna16,
You need to set it in the main page of the theme options, I did that for you, and it’s working as it should. Please review your site.

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHey jakobl1976,
Sorry for the problem. Please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then change the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. It should work after that. This problem will be fixed in the next version of the theme, which will likely be available within a week or two.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
I see that you have used the Layout Builder to create your product, like the one you linked to. When you do that, then everything needs to be added manually to the product using the Layout Builder. For example the purchase button, can be added by dragging to Product Purchase Button element into your layout.
Best regards,
RikardHi Derek,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. This problem will be fixed in the next update of the theme, which will likely be available within a week or two.

RikardHi,

RikardJanuary 12, 2021 at 11:26 am in reply to: CSS is reading differently at the bottom of the page #1271826Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why the styling is not applying to that header unfortunately, but I added this for you in Quick CSS:
#contact h1.av-special-heading-tag { font-size: 70px; }And that is applying on your site now, please review it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
As a comparison, you can test our own site, which is using WordPress and Enfold: https://tools.pingdom.com/#5dbd78439bc00000.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I think that is very unlikely, since the time indicated in yellow is how long it takes for the server to return something. If you should find that there is something wrong with the theme or WordPress though, then please let us know and we’ll try to correct it for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You had this in your child theme functions.php file:
function avia_append_burger_menu() { return ""; }I removed that and the burger menu is showing fine after that, please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey HannaVogt,
Thanks for the FTP login details, could you post admin WordPress login details as well please?

RikardJanuary 12, 2021 at 5:54 am in reply to: Submenu disappears on scroll down – alhtough set to sticky #1271738Hi,
Thanks for the update.
1. Exactly, if you have selected for your main menu to be shown as burger all the time, then this functionality won’t work, as stated in the description next to the checkbox in the element options. We don’t have a solution to get that working when the burger menu is active for desktop unfortunately.
2. I checked in Chrome, Firefox and Safari on OSX, but I still can’t see any problems on my end. Could you record a screencast of the problem please? You could try to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and change the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
RikardHi Gary,
Thanks for the update, let’s continue in your other thread. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now.

Thanks for the login details. Could you share the CSS you are trying to add, so that we can have a go at it please?
Best regards,
RikardHey NinaKvindal,
Thanks for the login details. You can only import one demo at a time, and you cannot only import images from another demo unfortunately. Which demo would you like to import?
