Hey MissLS,
I can’t see any problem on the page you linked to, could you create a test page where we can see the actual problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey MissLS,
That section was created using a Grid Row element, please try that out.

RikardFebruary 1, 2021 at 6:28 am in reply to: Website loads perfectly on mobile, but doesn't fully load on computers. #1276696Hey Brad,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHey SimaV,
I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions, could you try to explain a bit further and post a link to where you want to implement this please? If you have screenshots highlighting what you would like to achieve, then that would help too.
Best regards,
RikardHi Santiago,
Thanks for the clarification, I didn’t understand the problem correctly then. It looks ok on my end when I check on Chrome mobile simulation though, it scrolls to the section which starts with this text:
¿Te gustaría que tus niños disfruten de las clases de danza online?
What exactly are you seeing on your end? If you want it to stop a bit higher up, then you can try adding the ID the section above instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I added the line to your wp-config.php file, and the warning message is now gone. Please review your site.

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element as well please? Also, are you looking to remove the indicator? If not, then please try to explain your intentions a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHi Magnus,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) { #header_meta .container { min-height: 40px; } }Best regards,
RikardHey ayman,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, you would have to look for a third party solution, or a plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Are you referring to the overlay which is displayed when hovering over a linked image? If so then you can disable that under Enfold->Advanced Styling.

RikardFebruary 1, 2021 at 4:30 am in reply to: (Slide-Show Full-Width) not full-width anymore after updating WP & Enfold #1276671Hi Volker,
Thanks for the login details. It’s working as expected if the parent theme is activated, so I’m guessing the problem is due to the files you are overriding in the child. Could you try copying them from the new version of the parent into your child, then implement your overrides again after that please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Alfonso,
Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So you don’t want the overlay over the image? If so then you can remove that in the element options, under Stil->Background Overlay. If that is not what you are looking to adjust, then please try to explain the problem a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHey DeMamp,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling, before the CSS which is calling the font:
@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Roboto&display=swap');Best regards,
RikardFebruary 1, 2021 at 4:06 am in reply to: Animated Slides possible in tabs with picture symbols? #1276659Hi,
Thanks for the update. Did you make sure to check the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
So you want the Tab Section to act more like a slider? If so, then that would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You have selected to not show a footer in the Layout menu on the front page, under Footer Settings. Please select a different option there. Also please consider updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thanks for that. You have this CSS applying:
@media screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top #header .social_bookmarks { display: block!important; } }Could you check if it’s in your Quick CSS box please? If you can’t find it then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can try to find it for you.

RikardJanuary 31, 2021 at 5:47 am in reply to: Make section fullwidth to match the overall theme of the page #1276569Hi Daniel,
Thanks for the update. Which part of the page that you linked to are you referring to? Please try to be a bit more specific as to what you want to achieve, and where you want to implement it.
If you are using the Layout Builder to create your posts, then everything has to be added manually to it. Please try adding the Comments element from the Layout Builder, in order to add comments, for example.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home .av-masonry-entry-content { text-align: center; font-size: 20px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
section.related .woocommerce-loop-product__title { color: #d61111 !important; }Best regards,

Thanks for that. I checked the page in private, but I can’t find the class your were referring to above. Where exactly did you add it?
Best regards,
RikardHey NicomIT,
Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem please? It might be related to the jQuery version change in WordPress, please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then change the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
