SantiagoJanuary 16, 2021 at 5:19 am #1272854Hi,
Thanks for that. I checked the section with the formulario-nuevo ID, and it looks to be hidden for mobile in the element options. If you hide the section, then the link to it won’t work, you would have to update the link in the button for mobile as well.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 21, 2021 at 11:36 pm #1274546Hi Rikard, thanks for your feedbacjk.
There are 2 color sections with forms, one for desktop version, and the other for mobile version.
The color section formulario-nuevo-mobile ID. It is hidden in large and medium screens and appear only on mobile versions.
The color section formulario-nuevo ID. It is hidden in small screens and appear only on desktop versions. When you click on “Comienza ya” button for mobile version (there. is another one for desktop version), it won’t take you to the right place.
The same happens when you click “Ver horarios” button for mobile version.I hope this clarify my problem.
Best regards
SantiagoJanuary 23, 2021 at 4:58 am #1274891Hi Santiago,
Thanks for the update. If you are linking to a section with a specific ID, and you then select to hide that section on mobile, then the link won’t work. You have to link to the section ID which is actually visible. Please try duplicating the element which you are linking from, and show it only on mobile, then update the link to correspond with the section ID which is only visible on mobile.
Best regards,
Rikard -
