You can place the socket in a fixed or absolute position, but that means that it will likely cause problems in other places, since it will cover content. I would suggest that you keep it as it is, or try adding some more content to the pages in question.

Some loss of image data is inevitable when using images to cover container elements unfortunately. I see that the image you are using has a lot of transparency as well. Maybe you could try hiding the section in question for mobile, then create a new one with an image which is better adapted for mobile screens? You can select which screen sizes you want to display the section on, in the Advanced tab, in the element options.

Thanks for the update, I see the same problem on my end as well unfortunately. I’m seeing error message from the file in private. We can implement a permanent fix on your site to see if that works better. If you would like that, then please make sure that you have backups of the site.

Thanks for the update. You can’t adjust this from the dashboard unfortunately, it has to be added directly into the wp-config.php file. If you should have any further problems like these, then just let us know here.

Thanks for the update. If you don’t want to load Google fonts, then you would have to select web safe fonts under Enfold->General Styling->Fonts. Or load the fonts locally from your own server, using custom CSS.

The theme doesn’t support third party plugins unfortunately. Please refer to this if you are looking to add different fonts to the theme options: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#how-to-upload-custom-fonts

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

So the bottom left widget should be fixed, like the top right one? Where do you want to place the cart icon? You should be able to achieve the same design, but with different CSS, using the CSS inside of media queries: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_mediaqueries_ex.asp

It looks like you have used the Layout Builder to create your product layout? If that is the case, then post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your layout.
Also, if you have a screenshot highlighting the changes you would like to make, then that would help us understand your intentions better as well.

The site you linked to doesn’t seem to be running Enfold, but if you want your container size to be full width, then you can try to set it to 100% under Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions.

If you are hiding sections for mobile, then any links pointing to them won’t work. You would have to use a different link for mobile.
