Hi,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. If that doesn’t help then please check the login details you sent, as they are not working.
Best regards,
RikardHey spooniverse,
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you mean, could you post a link to your site and try to explain your intentions a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Sabine,
Here is the default settings for the green box which appears after adding something to the cart, please add it to Quick CSS, and change the colours to your liking:
#top div.woocommerce-message { border-color: #8BAF5B; background-color: #E0F1B5; color: #4F5F39; }I’m not sure where we can see the pink box though? I’m also unsure where we can see the text which are not using your selected font? The dropbox link you posted is not working, so I’m not entirely sure what you are referring to.
Best regards,
RikardHi Andres,
Thanks for the update. Could you include FTP login details as well please? It’s a much safer process, if we can upload the new version via FTP, instead of the regular WordPress process.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sabine,
The Dropbox link you posted is not working. Please open a new thread and include working links to the images you want to use, and FTP login details to your site, so that we can replace them for you.
Best regards,
RikardHey ditteditte,
The screenshot seems to be deleted, could you upload and link to it again please?

You can do that with custom CSS. If you need help with that then please post a link to where we can see the sliders in question, and let us know which one you want to show for which screen size.

RikardHi Mike,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having? Please post details in private.

Thanks for the update. The new version of the theme should be available next week, until then, please try using this fix posted by Ismael: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/video-in-color-section-is-not-repeating/#post-1280574

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I checked the page in private, and the Layout Builder is loading fine there. Is this only happening on some pages? If so, then please link to one directly, so that we can see the actual problem.

RikardHey mauriziocampani,
The SG Optimiser plugin was creating problems on your site. I deactivated file compression under Enfold->Performance, and your mobile menu is working as it should now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi MyGirlFriday805,
I’ve added the code for you, please review your site.

RikardHi Jeff,
Thanks for that. I’m not able to login to GoDaddy, since they are asking for verification code via SMS or email. Could you provide us with a regular FTP login? If you want to try it out yourself, then there are instructions here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. Simply find the file in question, then replace content with the content in the linked file.

RikardHi John,
This CSS which is added to Quick CSS, it currently applying the black colour:
.price span.woocommerce-Price-amount bdi, .price span.woocommerce-Price-amount bdi span { color: #000000 !important; font-size: 18px; }If you change that to blue, it’s should apply as expected.
Best regards,

RikardHey kinderheim511,
There seems to be some CSS coming from the file private, what happens if you disable that plugin? I’m not sure why it’s only applying to one page, and not the other though.
Best regards,
RikardHi SecondChanceNC,
Thanks for that. I’ve implemented a fix for you, and the mobile menu is now working. Please review your site.

RikardHi dannhanks,
Did you make sure that you have activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t help, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

RikardFebruary 19, 2021 at 7:15 am in reply to: Background images start off pixellated before loading #1282151Hey mosaic,
It might be because of your image optimisation plugin. Could you try disabling that, then upload the image in question again, and try setting it without any alteration to it?
Best regards,
RikardHey Thedogscreative,
Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the element where you want to implement this as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. Could you try disabling all plugins, except WooCommerce, to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve implemented the fix for you now, and set the jQuery version to the default version. The mobile menu is working as it should, and there are no more error messages on your site. Please review your site, and delete the plugin, if you don’t need it anymore.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We still don’t have access to that email unfortunately, so we still can’t login. Could you turn off the authentication code process maybe?
About your problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
