Thanks for that. I tried checking the URL you linked to, but it redirects to a Facebook URL. We need to at least be able to access the site URL if we are going to be able to help you out. PHP 5.6 is no longer supported by WordPress or the theme, I would suggest that you try to update to 7.2 or higher, first of all.

Thanks for the update. If you want different settings in different states, then you can simply add another instance of Hauptmenü Links under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and apply your new settings to the new state. Please try that out.
