Thanks for that. I checked the product links in your menu from the home page, but I can’t see any problem on my end. The links in the sub menu on the product page are working too. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are having please?

Hi Sean,

I cleaned up unnecessary markup, not any content. If your content is disappearing, then that mean that you have open html markup somewhere in your content, before it’s disappearing. Please check the test page I created again, you will see that there’s no problem with adding content below your first two sections.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. The theme does not have functionality for selecting which images are to be used on social networks. You would have to use an SEO plugin, or add the required code manually to your site.

1. If you want to customise text coming from a plugin, then you would have to reach out to their support for help.

3. I’m not aware of any solutions for what you are asking unfortunately, did you try searching for a plugin or third party code?

Hi Beat,

Thanks for the update. I can see the excerpt on all your posts, except the first one. Did you create that using the Layout Builder? If so, then the excerpt has to be added manually to the post. If you can’t see the excerpt field, then please select to show it under Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the edit screen.

Thanks for that. I see the same problem on your site, but this problem is fixed in the version you are running, so I’m not sure why it’s happening. Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.

Thanks for the update. We had this problem in the previous version of the theme, which you are running. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you shouldn’t see any difference, then please try to open an element on the page, then save the element and page. It should go back to normal after that.

If none of the above should work, then please share admin WordPress and FTP login details with us in private.

Thanks for the update. It looks responsive on my end, at least down to mobile size. If you don’t want to apply your CSS for mobile, then you can wrap it in a media query, like so:

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
  Your CSS for tablet and desktop goes here
}
```

Hey ghirlandaio,

What exactly are you looking to remove? If you remove the stylesheet generated by the theme, then it would lose all its styling. If you are looking to disable file compression, then you can do so under Enfold->Performance.

Thanks for that. Updating and removing things from the cart on your site seems to be working, but not exactly as it should. There are error messages on the page after trying to alter things in the cart, please see private. I’m not sure why there is a redirect unfortunately, but changing your site URL to include www might help if you could try that out?
