So you are having these problem on a local installation? It might be difficult to help you out, if we can’t actually see the problem happening.

Do you have instruction on how to reproduce this problem on our end? Does the same thing happen if you change the PHP version to 7.2.x or higher?

Thanks for the screenshots. I changed the visibility of that section in order to check it on tablet, and I see the same problem on my end as well. Could you try disabling your caching/performance plugins, to see if that makes any difference please?

We don’t really have any recommendations as to which caching or performance plugin to use, as they tend to work differently on different sites. I would recommend that you simply test the plugins of your choice out on your actual site, to see if they work or not.

Thanks for the update. I can’t see a link to your site in this thread, so I can’t check anything for you unfortunately. If you need us to check your site, then please turn off file compression first, or give us access to the backend so that we can turn if off temporarily.

All CSS and JS files are served on every page, regardless if you have file compression active or not. The big advantage with having file compression active, is that all the CSS and JS files are bundled into one file, which is basically what that functionality does. So instead of serving one CSS file for each module, all modules are combined in one file.

1. You can download Google fonts by clicking the top right blue button on the detail page of each font: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Roboto

2. If you select a web safe font in the theme options, then it should not call Google to fetch any files.

Thanks for that. I’m getting different results, depending on if I’m logged in or not. If I’m logged in, it seems to be working as it should, but not if I’m logged out. Does it make any difference if you disable your caching plugin? I tried clearing all the caches from it, but I’m getting the same results afterwards unfortunately.

There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, and I’m not aware of any third party solution which would implement that for you.
