    Hallo dear supporter,
    I just added Enfold to a copy website because preparing of relauch. I use it on other sites as well, but haven’t had this issue in the past. The plugin is activated.
    LayerSlider: Multiple jQuery issue
    It looks like another plugin or your theme loads an extra copy of the jquery library causing problems for LayerSlider to show your slider. Please navigate from your WordPress admin sidebar to LayerSlider – Options – Advanced and enable the “include scripts in the footer” option.
    I tried to do this, but it was greyed out and wouldn’t let me click that option on.
    Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

    Hi jotronsdal,

    Thanks for the login details. Are you seeing that problem on on Ipads? If so, then which exact Ipad and browser are you using? Also, did you try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window?

    Hi

    It is a rather old iPad mini 16Gb Wifi (model MD531KN/A) with Safari version 9.3.5

    Same issue in incognito mode.

    Hi,

    You are using a very old version of the Safari browser, which is no longer supported. The last update for Safari 9 was around 2015. You can check latest version of the Safari browser in this list.
