There’s nothing like that in the theme by default, but you can check out examples of the sliders which are available here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/content-slider/

I’m not aware of any plugins which would implement such functionality unfortunately.

That is only a notice to let you know what the Layout Builder is not compatible with all WooCommerce add-ons. It is shown by default, and nothing you need to pay any attention to if you are not having any problems.

Most elements are available for you in the Magic Wand tool. If the element you are looking to add is not available there, then you can try to copy the shortcode of the element into your product. You need to enable debug mode in order to see the shortcodes in the Layout Builder: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
