I manage a small HOA website, and one of our pages (https://www.dunwoodystation.org/members-only/dswc-central/photo-gallery/) uses a number of Masonry Galleries. They load fine on my iphone, but I can’t see them on Chrome, Edge, or Safari. Site health looks good. Updates needed constantly shows 1 but nothing requires an update. Neighborhood password is dswc if needed.
When I try to make page updates (I can edit but then when I click Update), I get “Updating failed. You are probably offline.” Not sure if that is a separate issue or tied to the picture loading problem.
Hey BenLawder,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
Rikard
Yes, updating the theme did fix the pictures not displaying.
I’m still getting a WordPress error “Updating failed. You are probably offline.” when I try to update any pages on the site. I don’t have any internet issues. What else could that mean?
Hi,
Thanks for the update. I don’t think the Updating failed problem is theme related, does the same thing happen if you switch to one of the default WordPress themes?
If you need further help from us, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
Rikard
