Thanks for that. The problem goes away when I activate the parent theme, that means that it’s likely one of the customisations in your child theme which is causing this problem. Could you try to remove all of them, then add them back one by one, to see which one is causing the problem please?

I’m not sure I understand your question, do you want to use a different background image for mobile? If so then you can use Color Section elements for example, and add a different background to the section which is shown on mobile.
