You can’t import more than one demo, since your theme settings would be overwritten if you did. You can copy elements from the other demos though, if you enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. Just link to the pages/elements which you would like to import, and we’ll give you the shortcodes for them.

As for your example site: it looks like the columns there are nested, and the Layout Builder doesn’t support the by default. But you might be able to nest columns, using shortcodes as well. The Grid Row element would likely be your best bet, to create a layout like on the example site.

If you select to edit the page in question, then you will see the Layout menu in the sidebar. If you change the Header visibility and transparency option to something which is not transparent, then it should go away.
