RikardHi,
Thanks for that, the new link you posted works. I can’t see any missing images on your site though, could you link directly to the page where we can see the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey EL,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thanks for the login details. I can’t see any warning on either the front or backend of your site though, where exactly are you seeing it? If you should have any further problems then please consider updating the theme to the latests version (4.8.6.2): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey MennoPlace,
Double post, please continue in your first post.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I deactivated file compression and activated the parent theme (4.8.6.2), and the problem seems to disappear after that. It does come back after I activate your child theme again though. Could you try to remove all your customisations in the child, then add them back one by one, to see when the problem starts please?
Best regards,

Hi Franz,
All you need to do is to inspect the element in question using your browser (right click->Inspect). Once you find it, you can simply copy the element class or ID.

RikardHi Alexia,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried to reproduce the problem on the test page, but I wasn’t able to, I do see the problem on the page you linked to though. I updated the page, and now there’s only one icon list showing on the front end. I checked the content of the Moulder Setup items, and I see this in the content:
I’m not sure if that was there before it broke, but if it was, then it’s likely to be what is breaking your layout. Could you try deleting the existing Icon Lists on the page, then try to recreate them please? Also please try to not put anything in the content of the items, until you see that everything is working as it should.Best regards,
RikardHi Maria,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

RikardHey Fberguno,
If you enable debug mode, then you copy the shortcodes of the element in question: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

RikardHi Bert,
Please refer to this on how to register your site, in order to get automatic updates: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. After you have added a token to the backend of the theme, then you should be able to update the theme from there.
As for your settings; you will have to set them manually again unfortunately, since it was not possible to import your old settings. It might have something to do with that the theme you were using before was not a legal copy.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I created a test page and tried to copy the shortcodes block by block. The first Tab Section seems to be the problem, or at least one of the problems. Could you try recreating that on the test page, then copy over the rest of the blocks to see if that works? I can’t see any error messages on the test page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
#text-5 { padding: 0; } #text-5 p { margin: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHi Hanieh,
