Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I can’t see the problem you are describing on my end though, did you manage to find a solution? If not, then please try loading your site in an incognito or private browser window, to see if that changes anything.

If you link to them here, then we can delete them for you. We would prefer not to delete anything though, since they might be helpful for other users. If your other threads contain information which you would like to remove, then we can do that for you as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey optibpo,
I can’t reproduce this problem on a test installation, where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

RikardSeptember 3, 2021 at 5:11 am in reply to: Move the search icon in the header from left to right of the social media icons? #1319584Hi,
I’ve added it for you, and it’s working. You can position the widget using this CSS:
#custom_html-41 { position: absolute; right: -20px; top: -30px; }Best regards,
RikardSeptember 3, 2021 at 5:06 am in reply to: Background images content section disappeared/not displayed after update #1319582Hi byallmeans,
Thanks for the update. I checked the tracks page, and I saw that you were getting jQuery errors on the page, coming from the Better WordPress Minify plugin. The background images work as they should when I deactivate the plugin, I left it deactivated for now. Please try reaching out to the plugin developer for further support, or try using an alternative plugin, to see if you have better luck with that.
Best regards,
RikardHey Claudia,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1400px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried removing all your CSS from Quick CSS, and I do see changes on the front page after that. It’s difficult for us to know exactly what you are looking to change though, so a screenshot would be great for clarification. Please try uploading it to imgur.com instead of Google Drive, the second link you posted is still asking me to request access.
Best regards,
Rikard§Hey Din,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working as it should again. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The mobile menu works fine when the parent theme is active, which means that the problem is coming from your child theme. Please try removing helper-main-menu.php from your child theme. If you still need to override that file, then copy the content from the parent theme file into your child, then implement the necessary overrides again after that.
Best regards,
RikardHey Teresa,
Thanks for reaching out to us. The theme doesn’t have that by default, but it might be possible create it using custom CSS.

RikardSeptember 2, 2021 at 12:34 pm in reply to: Main navigation wraps to second line causing header/body overlap #1319493Hey tremblayly,
It’s wraps to two lines at 1790 pixels on my end, I’m not sure if I would call that a small screen size. What exactly are you looking to change?

RikardHey Topopyrenees,
We would have to see the actual problems on your site in order to help you out, would you be able to update on a staging version of the site first maybe?
Best regards,
RikardHi koomo,
This problem is likely not due to a problem in the theme. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi tiffanytnttobol,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .page-id-220 #av-layout-grid-1 .av-special-heading-tag { padding: 25% 0 0 0 !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Natasha,
Thanks for that. The h2 elements on the search results page are displaying #5a6768 on my end, which corresponds with your theme settings. The elements on the blog page are h3 elements, and they are the same colour as the h2’s. If you don’t see that on your end, then please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window, to see if that helps.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which width would you prefer?

RikardHey intalex-admin,
Mobile menu; you can see the available options under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile Menu->Menu Icon Submenu items. It’s not possible for the top level elements to have two different click states unfortunately.
Testimonials; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Which version of the theme are you running? Like Yigit stated above, the theme is fully compatible with WooCommerce. So if you should need further help, then we would need to see the actual problem.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I turned off CSS file compression under Enfold->Performance, and your site is working as it should after that. I’m not sure why that is creating problems on your site, but it might have something to do with the CDN network which seems to be active on your site. If it’s possible to turn that off, then please try doing so, and activate CSS file compression again after that.
Please try to install and configure this plugin to see if that solves the update problem: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
Rikard -
