Hi,
Thanks for the update. So you think the problem is due to local browser cache? If so, does the same thing happen if you load the site in incognito or private browser windows?
Best regards,
RikardHey farangsamui,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default, and I’m not aware of any plugins which would implement that type of functionality either unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Since we can’t reproduce this problem on test installations, then we would need more information on how to reproduce it. It we can’t get that from you, then it will be difficult to help you out unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Enfold is our only product, and it’s what runs our company. Without it, we would all have to find new jobs, so we will continue to maintain, develop and support it as long as we possibly can.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jeannette,
The problems is likely formatting which is added by Word in this case, please see what I indicated in the screenshot in private. I’ve removed those characters from your text blocks now, and I think it should work as expected from now on. Could you check and verify that on your end please? In the future, please try pasting any pre formatted text into the most basic text editor you can think of, then copy the text again from there, and into WordPress.
Best regards,

Great, I’m glad that you found the cause of the problem. If you want to share more details about it with us, then please do so here.

RikardHi Tia,
Thanks for the update. I checked both of the links you sent in regular and incognito browser windows on mobile, and the maps are always showing now on my end. Could you try loading the pages in incognito/private windows on your device, to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Mariano,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working again, and thanks for the update.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jeannette,
Thanks for reporting this. I can reproduce this problem on a test installation, and I’ve forwarded this information to our developers. I don’t have a solution to give you at the moment unfortunately.

RikardSeptember 7, 2021 at 4:21 am in reply to: Enfold update – Testimonial slider background color not correct #1319919Hi James,
Thanks for that. There was some CSS in Quick CSS which was causing that. I removed it, but it still applying to your site unfortunately. It’s likely due to caching, so I tried to disable your caching plugin temporarily, but it’s not possible to deactivate it for some reason. Could you try to deactivate it on your end, to see if you have any luck please?

RikardSeptember 6, 2021 at 9:40 am in reply to: Background images content section disappeared/not displayed after update #1319849Hi,
I understand that, but it’s working without the plugin, right? If we should have to be accountable for the thousands of plugins which are available in the WordPress eco system, then it wouldn’t be possible to develop a WordPress theme, since testing would take forever. Also, why would you need a minify plugin, when there is functionality for that in the theme, and in caching plugins?

RikardHey beatazalewa,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey Marisvolta,
Please try disabling file compression under Enfold->Performance. The SG Optimiser plugin is likely causing this problem to happen on your site.

RikardHi lauragrashoff,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Your site seems to be working as it should when logged in, but not when logged out. This problem is most likely caused by cache, but I can’t see a cache plugin installed on your site. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider, and ask if they are applying any caching to your site please?

RikardSeptember 5, 2021 at 6:22 am in reply to: Problems with page width and fontsize of navigation #1319764Hi Uli,
Thanks for the update, I’m not sure what you did wrong to be honest with you. If this problem should happen again, then please try toggling the file compression options as well, under Enfold->Performance.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The icon font seems to be loading from a different domain than you actual site, and is being blocked by the browser. Please see private. Please try loading the font from your actual site server, or try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can provide you with headers to allow the icon font to be loaded.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see any problems on the site you linked to last, please try using a different browser to see if that helps.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. What happens if you deactivate all plugins? Also please try activating the parent theme, to see if that changes anything.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. A 500 Internal Server Error is very general, and it doesn’t really give any clues on what could be causing it. Could you share server logs with us please? You could also try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they give you some more information.

RikardSeptember 5, 2021 at 5:56 am in reply to: Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined at (index):609 jquery-migrate.min #1319757Hey namgyal,
Thanks for the login details. The error message seems to only display when logged out, not when logged in, and that would indicate a caching problem. Could you try clear the cache from your caching plugin, or leave it deactivated, to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
