Text block problem; I can’t reproduce this problem on my end, the text block opens as it should, and it’s editable. Please see screenshot in private, and look at the edited content on your actual site.

Google Maps problem; I can’t see any problems here either. I changed the address and saved, and that reflects both on the back and front end. Please check the actual element on your site for proof.

Disappearing content when saving the page; I can’t reproduce this problem either, I saved the Italian test page several times, and nothing disappeared.

Loading template problem; which template is it that you are trying to load? Are we allowed to load a new template into the Italian test page for debugging purposes?

If you should continue having problems on your end, then please try using a different browser (or private/incognito windows) to see if that changes anything.

Thanks for that. I added some CSS to your the WordPress customiser, since the CSS from Quick CSS is not applying. I’m not sure why that is exactly, but you might want to run your code through a CSS validity checker to see if everything is closed properly for example.

– The licence is valid for life, it’s not paid on an annual basis. You can use the theme for private or business purposes, it doesn’t matter.

– I’m not sure which part of the page you linked to you are referring to, but the theme comes with several different sliders for you to use.

4.8.6.2 is the latest version of the theme. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look at why the updates are not coming through. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. All you need to do is to copy search.php to your child theme, then change the location of the code that I referred to earlier in this thread. If you can’t get it working, then please share WordPress and FTP login details for your other site with us as well.

Thanks for that. The error message indicates a problem with the logo slider, which I can see on the actual page. It’s not possible to edit the page though, so it’s a bit hard to debug the problem. Is there more content below the element in question? If not, then could you please try to recreate the element on a new page?
