Hey laptophobo,
Which section are you looking to make this change to?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Could you post a link to where we can see this problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
This CSS seems to be causing that to happen:
.container { display: flex!important; flex-direction: row; justify-content: space-between; flex-wrap: wrap; }It doesn’t seem to be coming from the theme. Maybe it’s added under Appearance->Customiser?
Best regards,
RikardHey web4698,
I can’t load your site, there’s only a Sucuri screen saying that my IP is blocked. I tried using a VPN service as well, but with the same results.

I see the same thing on my end as well unfortunately. It looks like your resources are cached and minified by a plugin, could you try clearing or temporarily deactivating that, to see if that changes anything please? If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I think following up with Envato would be a good idea, since they should be in a better place to help you out with this problem.
And as I mentioned before; if you should have any problems with your site, then simply post them here.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 18, 2021 at 6:28 am in reply to: Undefined array key "footer_option" and "footer_behavior" #1329441Hey dhuet,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardNovember 18, 2021 at 6:26 am in reply to: Mobile Landscape not Responsive and WhiteSpace Hide on Desktop not Working #1329439Hi,
Thanks for the update. So let’s focus on the mobile landscape problem in this thread then. I still see the content being covered by the header on tablet screen sizes when the child theme is active, but I can’t see any problems when the parent is active. Could you let us know exactly what you need help with here? If you have screenshots highlighting the problem, then please share them with us.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see any of the problems in your screenshots on the actual staging site though, please see screenshot in private. The images look the same on the page I linked to in private on my end as well, and I can’t see any problems with the buttons or social media links either. Did you manage to find a solution for your problems?
Best regards,
RikardHey Kraig,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.
If you want to check your site on different devices, then you can do that under Appearance->Customise. In the left sidebar, you will see 3 device icons at the bottom. You can also use your regular browser on the front end, right click anywhere on the page and select Inspect. In the inspector you will find options to view mobile and tablet layouts.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see the problem if I change the background image on the first link, but the background image works on the second link though. I’m not sure exactly what is causing that to happen, but it might be due to caching. Does it make any difference if you deactivate the SG Optimiser plugin?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad to hear that you got it working. The structure of header.php was changed in a recent update, that is why the child theme file had to be updated as well.

Thanks for the login details. The 2FA is stopping the login though, could you share that in private as well please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, deactivating plugins had no effect unfortunately. I can see the error message on my end as well, I’m asking you for server error logs. If you don’t know where to get them, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider. They should be able to direct you to where you can find them.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That exact feature is not available, but you can get around it by copying the shortcodes you want in your custom element, then add all the shortcodes to a custom text block element for example. You need to enable debug mode in order to see the layout builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode” rel=”noopener” target=”_blank”>https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
Best regards,
RikardHey BenjaminSpeedtsberg,
I’m not sure exactly what you mean by that, maybe you are referring to a feature like this? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-element-templates/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update.
1. Yes, but you can upload the new files to a temporary folder first, like enfold_new for example. Once the files are uploaded, then you can test the new version by activating it in WordPress. If it works with your child theme, then you can delete the old folder, and rename the new folder to only enfold.
2. No, unless you run into any problems with the files you are overriding.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. That is not the correct place, please try it under Enfold->General Styling->Quick CSS instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I see the same thing on my end as well unfortunately. Could you share server error logs with us please? Also, are we allowed to temporarily disable plugins on your site for debugging purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHey smiley789654123,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure exactly how to reproduce the problem you are having, could you try to explain the steps a bit further please? Also, are we allowed to edit the post you linked to?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you are overriding header.php in your child theme, could you try replacing that file with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Tobias,
You are not supposed to update your child theme, since it’s only there to override the parent theme. The only time you need to update files in a child theme is that if the structure of the parent theme files have changed, or if you need to change the code which is added or overriding default theme functionality.
You can download an empty child theme here, if you should need it: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
Best regards,
RikardHi Bruno,
Thanks for the update, we’ll keep this thread open for you.

RikardNovember 17, 2021 at 8:00 am in reply to: Mobile Landscape not Responsive and WhiteSpace Hide on Desktop not Working #1329310Hi Havi,
If you look at my screenshots again, you will see that the separator works as it should. The padding is coming from the main element, which is created since you are adding the whitespace/hr element. If you remove it, then the main element will not be created.
I created a test page to check the header behaviour, and the problem is there when the child is active, but not when the parent theme is active. You can try it out yourself if you like. If you are only adding tracking code to the header, then please remove header.php, and we’ll give you a function which will add it to the header instead.
Footer mobile landscape; please post screenshots of the problem, along with instructions on how to reproduce it, and what you would like to change.
In the future, please try sticking to one problem at a time, or create separate threads for each problem.
Best regards,
Rikard -
