I’m not sure I understand when this problem happens, did it happen when you updated the parent theme to the latest version? If so, then we need to see the actual problem in order to help you out. Could you copy the site to a staging area, then update there first please?

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure what is going on with you favicon unfortunately. When I load the backend, it seems to load as it should until the page is fully loaded, then it’s replaced by the default icon. Could you try to disable all plugins, to see if that makes any difference please?

Thanks for the update. This part of the CSS I sent should control the maximum width of the images/logos:

    max-width: 40%;
}
```
