Did you verify that the stylesheet was added to your site? Please note that we can’t be responsible for problems with third party code. Also note that this won’t add the fonts in question to the theme options.

Thanks for that. I’m not sure how this relates to the warnings you posted earlier in the thread though, could you try to explain a bit further where we can see the actual warnings on your site please? Or are they only reported in an error log?

Hi,

Thanks for the update. So how can we know in what state the error messages in the log are generated then? Maybe you could copy the site to a staging site, and update there first, so that we can see the actual problem? If not, then please only send us logs when the parent theme and WooCommerce are active.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. So you are generating the content in your footer with shortcode? We can’t be responsible for third party shortcode unfortunately, but you might want to try to use the functionality to use a page as your footer in the theme instead, if you want a custom footer. You can set your footer options under Enfold->Footer.

You can only download the theme files from Themeforest unfortunately. If you don’t have access to the account which was used to purchase your current theme license, then I would recommend that you purchase your own license.

Hey Samuel,

The version you are running is not compatible with newer versions of PHP. The update to 5.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for the update. Does the same notices appear if you activate a different theme, or the parent theme? You could also try to deactivate all plugins to see if that makes any difference. A PHP update to 8.x could also be worth a shot.

Hi,

What exactly are you looking to change? If you want to display the date and time in a different format, then you can change it under Settings->General. If you are using the Greek language on the backend, then the date should follow that language.
