RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. First of all; could you fix the missing SSL certificate to see if that helps? If you should need further help, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. What you are describing is working as expected on my end though. Could it be a plugin or third party code causing problem on your installation maybe?
Best regards,

RikardHi,
The code you posted will only target the widget in question, with the ID text-9. If you need to target other forms, then please try to specify where and how.
What would you like to change on the cookie banner?

RikardHi,
I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.3.1.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHey annevoelkel,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey daves1997,
This CSS in your child theme seems to be causing that:
body .column-top-margin { margin-top: 30px; }Please try to remove it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. You could duplicate the element currently on your site, then add an image better adapted to mobile screens in the new element. You can hide/show the correct element in the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHey Junge,
There’s no automatic way of doing that unfortunately, you would have to remove the content manually. If you know exactly which content you would like to remove, then a search and replace plugin might do the job for you though.
Best regards,
RikardHey InTraHealth-Envold,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.3.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardJanuary 23, 2023 at 5:45 pm in reply to: Featured image not showing when sharing URL on social media #1394820Hey Madeleine,
There’s no functionality like that in the theme by default, so you would have to use a third party plugin. I’ve used Yoast SEO many times, and it has worked every time. If you are referring to other networks which are not included in Yoast, then you might have to use third party code or a different plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHey Global4Net,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you give us step by step instructions on how to reproduce it please?
Best regards,
RikardHey zpl-limmattal,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #av_section_1 .sc-av_one_third { height: 360px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. So I guess you are referring to the form element CSS? You could try to put this in front of it, if you only want to only target the widget in question:
#text-9Best regards,
RikardJanuary 22, 2023 at 11:51 am in reply to: SAFARI DOES NOT DISPLAY SOME CENTERED TITLES AND TEXTS. #1394694Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. I think that is happen because you have empty containers on the left and right, what happens if you add a white space element to the empty containers?
