Thanks for the update. I’m struggling a bit to understand you, are you saying that the code is working as it should on a page without any other content, but it fails when you add content above or below it? If so, then when exactly does it start failing?

I’ve tried submitting the forms on the page you linked to using both Chrome and Firefox, and both seem to be working the same in both browsers. Once submitted they redirect to the page in private.

If you can’t get access to the account which was used to purchase your license, then I would recommend that you purchase your own license.

After you have access to the theme files, then the update to 5.5 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Sorry for the late reply. I’ve tried to figure out what is going wrong with your site, but I can’t see any reason for it unfortunately. I’ve tried reproducing the problem on a test installation, but it works as expected when I use the permalinks used on your site. Please see private.

I’ve asked the rest of the support team for help as well, but I haven’t had any response so far. If you should need further help, then please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

That most likely means that there is a problem on the page you are using. Did you try recreating the layout on a test page where you know the code works on?

There are a multitude of services online where you can upload screenshots to. Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur, Snipboard are a few of them. You could try uploading your screenshots to one of these services, then link to them here.

Hey ballindigital,

Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure exactly what you mean, but installing a child theme won’t transfer any files from the parent theme. Could you try to explain the problem you are having a bit further please?
