Hi ridcon,
1. What additional sizes would you like?
2/3. Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Thanks,
RikardApril 10, 2016 at 6:13 am in reply to: Just updated to 3.5.1 and Advanced Layout Builder has different issue now #610731Hi Leyden,
Great, glad you got it working. The builder should show up once you have selected it the first time, so you really only have to click to select the builder the first time you start creating a page.
Thanks,

I couldn’t see anything being cut off on the page you linked to, could you post a screenshot highlighting the issue please?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
There is not enough space on small screens for that information unfortunately, could you try adding it to a widget area above your content instead? We can help you out with hiding it on screens above mobile after you’ve added it. You can hide the header widget on mobile with the following CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #text-2 { display:none !important; } }Thanks,
RikardHi,
Could you upgrade the account you posted to admin rights please? We can’t see anything useful on your installation as it is now.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Ah ok, unfortunately I think you will have to go in and edit them manually…
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure if I missed something in the thread but I couldn’t see any overlapping of the logo? You can try the following in Quick CSS to control the height of the menu items:
.menu-item { height: 25px !important; }Regards,
RikardHi Romain,
You linked to the demo overview page so I’m not sure what you want to import, if you click Remove Frame in the top right hand corner you will be able to copy the direct link. You can enable debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, we can give you the shortcodes for each page you want to import after you have linked to them directly.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Sorry about the wrong code I gave you, glad you found the correct one yourself though :-)
Cheers!
RikardHi Guilherme,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.avia-post-prev, .avia-post-next { display:none !important; }If that is not what you are looking to hide then please link to your site and explain a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, sounds strange. You could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. That should result in “clean” installation.

I would try @cherrmann’s last suggestion. Also, please try to use the full URL when adding the font so that you can verify that the file is in the correct place by going to its URL.
Best regards,
RikardHi Arthur,
As far as I can see you have the default Enfold menu on your site (in private) so I’m not sure I understand what the problem is, could you try to explain a bit further please?
Thanks,
RikardHey atainha,
It should work if you wrap the items in a span like so:
<span>Subscrever newsletter</span> <span>Your form</span>Thanks,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure what is in your wp-config file but adding it to where the other
define ( code )are should not cause any problems. Maybe your hosting provider has limitations? I would contact them and explain what you are trying to do and ask if there are any limitations to your account.Regards,
RikardHi,
I’m having no luck with the last details you sent either unfortunately, maybe you could try adding a new user?
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Great, glad you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any more help on the topic.
Regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
I added the first CSS I gave you https://kriesi.at/support/topic/header-not-working/#post-608715 to Quick CSS and unchecked the Shrinking Header option under Enfold–>Header–>Header Behaviour. It’s full width now.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Ok, let us know what the results of your tests are. It’s difficult for us to help you out if we can’t reproduce the error unfortunately.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Your code doesn’t seem to work on my end using Chrome, are you sure that you have imported the font properly?
