I’m not sure if it has an impact or not but it’s difficult for you to know which the parent theme is, and since you have problems with the site eliminating that possible problem would be the first step to take. Could you try deleting the ones that are not version 3.5.4?

That is not part of the theme so it’s not really a theme problem, but send us a link to the site in question and we’ll have a look at it.

Could you try to updating to the latest version of the theme (3.5.4) to see if that helps? Also, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to see if they can see any errors of emails bouncing on your site.

I’m not sure if there is an easy way of accomplishing what you are looking to do, maybe you could try adding a widget to the header? I think that would be the easiest solution: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/

Sorry for the late reply. I checked your site on ipad mini using Chrome. I see what you are referring to under that section, there is a small gap and a line when viewing in landscape orientation but not in portrait. I’m not sure what is causing it though since I can’t reproduce it on desktop browser, and because of that I can’t inspect it to see what is causing it either. It doesn’t really interfere with your design of the page in my opinion, is this something you can live with maybe?

Not sure why but you have 3 installations of the theme there, could you try to delete the ones you are not using please?

Well, things don’t always work as expected unfortunately, and we have given you the fixes for what works for many other users. But if that is not working for you the last option would be update the theme manually via FTP, could you try that please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

For the fullwidth button to go to and from the browsers edge you need to add it without a containing element like a 1/1 for example, otherwise it will stay within the width of that element.

Ok great, glad you got it working. I’m not sure what you mean by multiple featured images though? It’s only possible to set one for a post so I think you would have to do that the regular way – adding the image to the post manually via Add Media.

When using any full width element like a Colour Section the sidebar will display under it, there is no way around this unfortunately. I would recommend that you use 1/1 elements instead on the pages with sidebars or try to create sidebars using the builder instead.

No it’s not a mistake or problem, that is how it should work. When you use the builder for posts it will act like a page and any element you want to display in that post you will have to add manually via the builder. If you want the regular items to appear on posts created with the builder you could simply switch to the default editor and save there and they should show up.
