If you are having problems updating you could try this plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then please try updating manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Ok, I’m not sure why that is. Could you try contacting your hosting provider so that they can check the settings on your mail server? They should be able to help you with lost mail as well, it’s not stored in the theme in any way.

I’m not sure if it would work but you could try activating debug mode in order to see shortcodes under the builder window: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then try to paste the map shortcode into your table.

That looks correct except the ID you are using, you need to put a hash infront of it like so:

border-width: 5px;

border-style: solid;
border-radius: 0;
}

I had a look at your backend but I didn’t experience as fast or slow, it felt like a normal WordPress installation. Could you try a different browser to see if there is any caching involved? It might be temporary as well so please give it some time.
