Hey pnamroud,

Your current menu looks like a standard menu, so I don’t think that you will run into any problems if you should switch to Enfold. We don’t have any specific tools or plugins for transferring current sites to Enfold unfortunately. I would recommend that you transfer the site in a staging area first of all, then push it live.

Hi,

If you leave html tags open, then yes, they can create problems. If the content you posted just now disappeared, then the problem is likely further up in your content.

You should try to clean up what you add as well, an empty paragraph isn’t very useful for example:

```
Also, if you are copying the content from somewhere then please mind the double quotes:
```
"
```
Is not the same as:
```
”
```

First of all, please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (5.6.6): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

If that is not the problem, then please try to deactivate all plugins and remove all custom code to see what happens then.

Thanks for the update. You need to configure the plugin as well, it can’t know your purchases otherwise. Please go to the plugin menu, then follow the instructions there.

Hey Paul,

You can hide the footer on specific pages by editing the page in question, then go to the Layout menu in the right sidebar. Look for the Footer Settings option in that menu.

A WPML license is not included with the theme, it has to be purchased separately. You should be able to reach WPML support here.

Did you register your theme license? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If the updates should not come through after that, then please try this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Hi,

No, a theme license is valid for life. What does expire is access to support, that is valid for 6 months with a regular license. After that it needs to be extended, if you should still need access to the support forum.
