Thanks for that. As you can see in the screenshot in private, header.php in your child theme as not been updated. Please try replacing that file with header.php from the parent theme. You can backup the old file by simply renaming it to something else.

Different content depending on if you are logged in or not would indicate caching, there’s nothing in the theme which would cause that. Try deactivating all caching or minification plugins, if that doesn’t help then try reaching out to your hosting provider to check if they are applying any caching.

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.6.6) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.6.6 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

As I wrote earlier; you cannot run two themes at the same time. So creating different themes for different screen widths would make no sense, since it wouldn’t work. Maybe the adjustments were done using CSS or some other styling method? You could reach out to your developer to check what he or she has done specifically. Also please make sure that you have copied the theme settings from your old theme into the new one, you can do that under Enfold->Import/Export.

Thanks for that. The contents of the footer widgets are visible on my end under Apperance->Widgets. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps?
Note that you are running very old version of the theme, WordPress and PHP. At some point you will have to update all of them to keep your site running as it should.

Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure why the other versions have been renamned, but the current version is the one in the middle called only Enfold. If you activate that, then you will be running the latest version. You can only run one theme at a time, so the other two are not really doing anything.

We don’t release separate versions for mobile and desktop, so someone has likely renamed the other versions. If you need further help with this, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
