Thanks for the login details. The details seems to be working for your hosting account, but not for WordPress. How do we reach the WordPress backend?

Also please check that you have not selected for the elements to be hidden in the Layout menu on the pages in question.

The og:image property seems to be added on the page you linked to, but we’re not really experts at debugging problems like this. Maybe you could try reaching out to Yoast support directly instead? They should be able to help you out further.

Did you try to temporarily deactivate all plugins to see what happens then? You could also try to activate a default WordPress theme and see if that changes anything.

Hi,

There is no page duplication feature in the theme, you should be able to find a plugin for that though. If you want to copy/paste the shortcode content, then you can activate debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advanced Options->Debug Mode (Backend Only)

Hi Petra,

Thanks for the update. We can’t say why your site broke during the update since you haven’t provided us with any further information. The safest way to update a site is to do it on a staging version of it first though, once it’s set up you don’t need to do it again.

If you want a different version of the theme, then please let us know which version.

If header.php is located in a child theme, then try replacing that file with the parent theme file.
