That is correct, some loss of image data will occur if a background image is to cover the container element. There is no way around that unfortunately. If the slider works better for your purpose, then please continue to use that.

Thanks for that. First of all, make sure that you have a valid SSL certificate, and change your site URL to https. Also enable the PHP ZipArchive Extension, which looks to be deactivated on your server.

Please try this CSS to display the social icons on small mobile screens as well:

@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
.responsive #top #wrap_all #header .social_bookmarks {
    display: none;
}
}

Please note that there is not much space in the header on screen sizes like that, so you would likely have to apply additional CSS in order to make it look good.

Thanks for the update. So you are looking to have full width images which is not part of a slider? At least that is what I’m seeing on your site. If that is the case, then you might be better off using a Color Section element, then set the image as the background.
