RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You can remove the social profile under Enfold->Social Profiles. I’m not sure what the first circle means though, please try to explain that a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes, but the editor functionality is likely turned off by your hosting provider. You will have to reach out to them and ask for it to be turned on.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It’s installed, but not active. We would never intentionally rename the theme as it can cause problems, and we most definitely would never create custom theme images as that which is used in your child theme. I’m guessing that someone has built this site for you?
Anyway, I installed a default child theme for you, but some images are missing due to them pointing to a different domain when it’s activated. Please see private for any example. You can activate the Enfold child theme in order for you to see the problem yourself. Why are some of your images added from that domain? I wanted to check the content of your current child theme, but the file editor functionality is turned off on your installation.
Best regards,
Rikard-

Hi,
Thanks for that. I’m only seeing a 404 page using that link though. If the site is not published yet, then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can access it. Also please verify that the screenshot URL is working.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.iconbox_top .iconbox_icon { top: -26px; margin: -13px 0 0 -35px; padding: 25px; }You can adjust the top, margin and padding values to fit your needs.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you will start a new thread about your other problem, then we’ll close this one.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you are referring to other layout builders then no, the theme is only compatible with the default WordPress editors, and the built in theme Layout Builder.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure if I understand you correctly, but you can switch editors at any time using the big blue button at the top right when editing a post. If you want to use the WordPress Classic or Block editor, then that can be set in the main page of the theme options.

RikardHi,

RikardHi,
I’m not see any warnings or error messages when editing a portfolio item on your site, I can’t reproduce the problem on a test installation, and no other users have reported the same problem. With that in mind, then problem is likely local to your site. Please give us step-by-step instructions on how to see the error messages and warnings you are seeing.
The thread you linked to is almost 10 years old, what you are experiencing is likely not related.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

I’m not sure I fully understand the problem on your articles, could you try to explain that a bit further please? If you have a screenshot highlighting it, then please share it with us.

2. You have this under Appearance->Customize->Extra CSS:
#top .av_toggle_section a { color: #dac7a6!important; }Please change to the correct colour there.
4. It looks correct on my end, please see screenshot: https://snipboard.io/EO2cfl.jpg. Please try clearing your browser cache, or try opening the site in a private browser window.

RikardHey De gracia mariano,
Could you post the latest receipt for support extension in private please?
Best regards,
RikardHey SimonePols,
Are you running the latest version of both the theme and WooCommerce? Did you try to temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce? Which version of PHP are you running?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I created a test post, and it seems to be working as expected in that. Please see private. I’m not sure exactly what is wrong with the post you linked to, but it might be a good idea to try and recreate it. You could start a new post and only copy the text over to begin with.
Best regards,
RikardHey dreamreader,
I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions. Please post a link to where we can see the actual elements, and a screenshot highlighting what you would like to achieve.

Thanks for that. I do see the problem on your site, but I’m not able to reproduce it on a test installation. There are no error messages either, so I’m not sure what is causing it unfortunately. What happens if you temporarily deactivate all plugins?

I have replied to your question already: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updated-licence-2/#post-1423790.
If you need help with updating a specific site, then we would need access to it.

RikardOctober 28, 2023 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Problem with Section in a Layout Element and the Main menu #1423951Hey OneOfMany,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.8) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Hugh,
I’m not sure where you saw that the child should be updated, but a child theme should not be updated unless you have problems with it. A child theme is only used to override the parent theme files.
Best regards,
RikardHey JantienM,
Please try using this code instead:
.iconbox_icon:before { font-size: 30px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the confusion. I see that your inital installation has been renamed, that is likely why it’s not updating automatically. Your child theme is set to use the renamed theme installation, that is why it’s still used. If you simply install a child theme from here, then the new version should be used: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/. You can copy the content of your current child theme into the new after that.
Best regards,
Rikard -
